Chia Seed Power Bars

What You'll Need
  • 3 cups raw rolled oatmeal
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup cocoa nibs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 350. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Line a square baking tin with parchment paper and, using a spatula, press the oatmeal mixture into the dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, drizzle with honey and serve! These keep up to a week in the fridge!
